3. Intellectual Property

Designs and intellectual property created during the project remain the property of Amcen Homes until full payment is received.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the intended purpose outlined in the contract.
4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed during the project.
4.2 Publicity:
We may showcase the completed project in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations and Termination
5.1 Cancellation by Client:
Cancellation fees may apply if the client cancels the project after work has commenced.
5.2 Termination by Amcen Homes:
We reserve the right to terminate the project if there is a breach of these Terms.
6. Liability
6.1 Limitation of Liability:
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for any consequential damages.
